I recently just bought a Honda CRV here and had a very positive overall experience. Grant Williams in sales was kind and helpful and not pushy about me buying. He ensured that I test drove a couple vehicles and pointed out details on each car and helped answer my questions! When it came time to buying my vehicle, one of the managers at Honda, Kris Boynton, helped a lot too and made the buying experience smoother. Lastly, I was very impressed and had an excellent experience with the finance guy Joe. He was super awesome and kind and just helpful in answering all of my questions.

Nice dealership and service department. They have been honest and reliable. We purchased a car here 3 years ago. The employees are helpful and courteous. Small waiting room with tv for entertainment. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Very comfortable seats.

I have had my Honda CRV serviced there for over 6 years. The service team is outstanding, and I get coupons in the mail for maintenance that help the budget. My service advisor, Mariah, is especially conscientious and does whatever it takes to get my car back on the road with any needed parts. I appreciate the oil rebate mail-in coupon they hand out after my oil change and the free car wash that often includes vacuuming of the front. They cheerfully install the wiper inserts I buy there and include their recommendations for future service after the oil change. If any of those services are scheduled within 30 days, there is a discount on them. The waiting room is the best of any business I've been in, clearly designed for the comfort of their clients, with clean modern restrooms and tv, plus water dispenser. The service and parts dept are also open on Saturdays. There is also a a free shuttle to bring me home and pick me up for anything that is too long for me to wait for. I'm fortunate to live close to this car service, and will be choosing them for any new car in the future.

I live in Port Orchard- so when some problem lights came on I called my local dealership. They said they couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. A friend who lives in PA said I should try Wilder - he always had good luck with them. I called and just so happened that there was a cancellation later that day. 2 hours is a long drive to have a car looked at but I was desperate- graduate road trip planned. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered! And on top of it all they washed and vacuumed my car. Five star service by far - thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Although I didn't actually make a purchase here, I think it's worth mentioning that Lynn, Travis, Guy, and Dan Jr were all super helpful! We couldn't make a deal mostly due to my personal preference, but the numbers were more than fair considering they sell at MSRP and most other dealers are charging markups for air. I would highly recommend the Wilder Auto Group and will consider doing business with them in the future!

On trip from Texas after purchasing a 2019 Honda CRV in Texas. While in the Port Angeles area, our dash display gave us warning messages about tire pressure and key fob. Called Wilder Honda and was told to bring car to service area 45 minutes before they closed. We were greeted by young lady at service desk and asked to wait while service tech looked at car. Tech test drove and analyzed our problem, did a system reset, and reviewed what he had done to CRV. He also gave me some helpful hints. Problems were solved and there was no charge for help. Both tech and girl working service desk said they were glad they could help. Sent us on our way with no further problems. When you are 2000 miles from home, it does not get any better than the help we received.
I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!
Ellen Dearinger sold me my new car. I went into Wilder not really knowing what I wanted, just that I had certain parameters that had to be met. When I described to her my needs, she showed me some of the options that were available and said "I'm going to put you in something I'd feel safe having my own children in". She new all the answers to my questions about reliability, known issues, and the pros and cons of each vehicle I asked about.I absolutely LOVE my new car. The people here a friendly and the service is fast, high quality, and affordable. I highly recommend Ellen and will buy from her again if I'm ever in the market. She's honest and knows her stuff!

Our car buying experience at Wilder Honda with Devon's patience was refreshing and rewarding. Knowing what we wanted but due to market conditions we were concerned we would have to wait or settle for something other than what we wanted. I was blessed with not 1 but 2 Kelly's that helped me from start to end and I couldn't be happier with not only the kindness but how respectful they both were. I spoke to a female named Kelly and set my appointment with her but unfortunately I was hospitalized before it and rescheduled with no problem. When I arrived for my service appointment it was with a man named Kelly and not only did he genuinely listen to my concerns he made me feel better and more comfortable in and driving my vehicle than I have since I drove it off the lot 6 months ago. I've been a customer of Wilder for many years. Just got my old 2006 Prius serviced again. They really work to help you, in my case they serviced my car on the day that I called. I never expected that, very pleased. With multiple service bays for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, VW, Chrysler, etc and factory certified technicians for multiple brands, they have the capability to provide service in any facility - I had my Toyota serviced in the Honda shop for example, that's how they got me in today. The technician knew my vehicle, and offered a great perspective on the status of my vehicle. Well done again, Wilder Auto Group.
Had a fairly major part replaced when my A/C failed. Unfortunately due to miscommunication I wasn't aware that more parts needed to be replaced to assure long term functioning of the system. When A/C system failed again the dealership bent over backwards to replace the original and multiple additional parts at no additional charge. This was way beyond fair and I am sure they lost a significant amount of money on this. Thank You!
