I've been a customer of Wilder for many years. Just got my old 2006 Prius serviced again. They really work to help you, in my case they serviced my car on the day that I called. I never expected that, very pleased. With multiple service bays for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, VW, Chrysler, etc and factory certified technicians for multiple brands, they have the capability to provide service in any facility - I had my Toyota serviced in the Honda shop for example, that's how they got me in today. Had a fairly major part replaced when my A/C failed. Unfortunately due to miscommunication I wasn't aware that more parts needed to be replaced to
assure long term functioning of the system. When A/C system failed again the dealership bent over backwards to replace the original and multiple additional parts at no additional charge. This was way beyond fair and I am sure they lost a significant amount of money on this. Thank You!

Five stars are not enough for my most excellent experience buying my first "new" car at Wilder Auto. It is not just that I love my 2010 Honda Fit, but the service I received when buying it was outstanding. Thank you, Tony Innocenzi, for going out of your way for me. My experience with this business was good from the very beginning when I had to call to schedule my airbag replacement because Honda had a recall. The receptionist was wonderful. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot I was greeted by everyone who crossed my path and they each asked if they could help me. In my case the answer was no because I knew why I was there and who I had to talk to but the fact that they greeted me says something about the level of customer service in this place. The work was done within an hour. Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a Honda but they also service several other types of vehicles.... More
I felt the service needed was well explained before and after the service. I wanted to say that each person took their time with us and explained the process.
I also work in guest services and if guests ask where they can get their Honda and Toyota etc service, I tell them about your service department and why I feel that Wilder service is top notch with honesty, fairness and experience of having seen autos of the brands your service so the techs are familiar and experienced with working on these types of vehicles. Additionally some guests in the past purchased vehicles from Wilder Toyota as they were moving to the area and needed more practical autos for this area.
When we have visited your dealership, we have been impressed with how you strive to help the community through sponsoring baseball teams and other activities. We also appreciate that it is clear that you will do what it takes to keep our business. So few companies are dedicated to being there for the customer when a problem might show up instead of just being there for the sale.
